If a product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact RockOn via email at Don@RockOnPTC.com. If damage due to shipping is confirmed, a replacement product will be shipped to you once the damaged merchandise is returned to RockOn. Please note that the buyer is not responsible for return shipping costs on products with confirmed shipping damage. Shipping damage claims must be made within 24 hours of confirmed shipment delivery.
We trust that you will love our products, but if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the product within 15 days of confirmed shipment delivery. Please contact RockOn via email at Don@RockOnPTC.com to coordinate the return and refund. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
